Kerb Side Recycling
Melrose Health is a Member of the National Packaging Covenant and promotes and encourages kerbside recycling.
Melrose Health uses recyclable materials wherever possible in the production of our products. Even our product information leaflets are printed on at least 50% recycled paper stock.
Help us to help create a sustainable future by participating in your local kerbside recycling program and recycling Melrose bottles, boxes and printed materials.
What is recyclable?
Many different products can be collected and recycled for new end uses. From newspapers and glass jars in the home, to packaging and plastic in the workplace, there are countless opportunities for everyone to contribute.
Collectable materials will vary from area to area. If you are unsure about anything, check with your local council to learn more about what can and can't be recycled in your municipality.
Here’s a guide to help you recycle
Glass - All glass bottles and jars. Rinse and place in recycling section.
Plastics - Soft drink bottles, milk containers, detergent and shampoo bottles. Please remove caps and rinse. Plastic bags and flexible packaging is not usually accepted for recycling.
Paper - Newspaper, magazines, cardboard boxes, writing paper, junk mail, egg cartons and telephone books. However, paper that comes into contact with food e.g. pizza trays / boxes is not acceptable for paper recycling. Do not bundle.
Aluminium and Steel - All cans including soft drink, pet food, baked beans, tins and aerosol. Please rinse.
Milk and Juice Cartons - Simply rinse and place in the recycling section of your bin.
