Founders and Directors
Geoff Steinicke - Chemist
Mr Geoff Steinicke is the creative and inspirational energy behind the company. His knowledge and expertise as a chemist, emulsion and oil technologist has been the driving force behind one of the most respected and ethical companies of today.
Geoff has made a significant contribution to the complementary healthcare industry and as a pioneer his commitment is still as strong as it was when the company was founded in 1978. Geoff also looks after most export enquiries at Melrose.

Judy Steinicke - Pharmacist
Geoff has always had the support of his wife Judy. She qualified as a pharmacist, and together they have built Melrose into the company it is today. Judy has a great eye for detail, especially when proofing our printed material and labels.
Judy also brings a woman’s perspective to the decision making process. In the first few years of Melrose, Judy even shared her house with the new business. Rapid business growth meant Judy soon encouraged Geoff to find more appropriate premises.
General Manager
Warren Morey – Naturopath, Herbalist and Horticulturist
Warren graduated from Melbourne University (Burnley) as a horticulturist before working on commercial agricultural projects in Australia and the USA for some 10 years. Later, this lead to diplomas in Herbal Medicine and then Nutritional Medicine at the Australian College of Natural Medicine.
Now with more than 10 Years experience in GMP pharmaceutical production, product development and project management, Warren supervises the day to day operations of Melrose.

Business Development Manager
Benedict Hughes
Benedict has broad experience in all aspects of International Business; including direct experience with consumer marketing, web development, production and logistics, and international trade. He has held directorships in privately held companies in Australia and Asia, and has over ten years experience.
Benedict will be working closely with all the Melrose team, including the Melrose distributors in order to build further upon Melrose's solid foundations and reputation.

Technical Sales
Jacinta Ammerlaan
Jacinta graduated Australian College of Natural Medicine. With 5 years experience in Natural therapies, Health food and Organic retailing Jacinta is well informed to assist with technical questions on the benefits of Melrose products. Jacinta is available for in-store staff training sessions. Jacinta is also a talented writer and her articles can be seen in the Melrose newsletter. Look out for Jacinta visiting your store.

Andrew has been involved in sales for many years. Andrew joined Melrose in early 2008 and is a great addition to our team. Andrew would be happy to assist any retailer in optimising their Melrose range to gain maximum sales. You will find Andrew to be professional with an ability to follow through on commitments. Merchandising
Charles Truijens
Charles Truijens has a wealth of experience in merchandising having held senior positions with Australia’s leading retailers and run his own successful consultancy. Charles is a people person and will work with you to develop a window or merchandise display that best suits your requirements.
Melrose has also prepared an extensive range of materials for Charles to work with, including backing papers, posters and product boxes and cut outs.
Charles skill in visual merchandising will ensure a display to best promote and enhance the sales of Melrose products in your store.
Office
Shaneen Garbutt – Office Manager
Shan has been with Melrose since 1993. Shan supervises the day to day running of the office and also looks after our distributor orders. Shan also plays a key role in managing export orders and the documentation associated with them.

Internal Sales and Office Support

The office team at Melrose take your orders, process picking slips and invoices, and ensure Melrose runs as smoothly as possible.

Garry Randle – Purchasing Manager
Garry is another long standing employee at Melrose. Garry is responsible for forecasting and purchasing all raw materials used at Melrose. If you have quality raw materials and organic produce for sale Garry Randle is the Melrose person to contact.

Carlin Mallering - Assistant Purchasing
Manager
Carlin assists Garry with forecasting and purchasing and is responsible for entering all goods into the Melrose computer system. She also controls all the Melrose stock movements.
Darren Coates – System Administrator
Darren is a handsome devil and is responsible for implementing and maintaining all of Melrose's IT requirements as well as many of Melrose's electronic logistic systems.

Eriny Salib – Regulatory Affairs Officer
Eriny joined Melrose in October 2008 and oversees regulation as well as the develompment of new and existing products.

Warehouse
Tony McDonald – Warehouse Supervisor
Tony is responsible for the operation of our warehouse including receipt and dispatch of all goods. Tony arranges all freight and couriers. The clean and tidy warehouse is a credit to Tony and the warehouse team.
The team is made up of David Malloy, Andy Steinicke, Ross McDonald, Robert Angelucci, Shirley Gibson, Craig Blythe, Alex Yap, Paul Jones and Tim McClusky.

David Steinicke and Alec Pearce
David and Alec run the Melrose TGA and ACO licenced production facility. This area is the engine house of Melrose, manufacturing and packaging the quality products that underline the quality reputation of Melrose.
The Production team includes Sylvia Gulle, Peter Atkinson, Maria Apostolou, Steve Lewis, Lynne and Nicole Eagle, Robyn Pearce, Mitzie Pemberton, Sasha Naskovski and Nick Nicolaou.
Laboratory
Chen Yang – Laboratory Manager
Chen runs the quality control and assurance laboratory at Melrose. Chen has an eye for detail and generates the Test Reports and Certificates of Analysis that ensure all Melrose products meet the high standards we set ourselves.
