Relief of hot flushes associated with menopause, the symptomatic relief of menopause, maintains breast health and is high in flax lignans which play an important role in female wellbeing.

Each tablet contains:
- Extract equiv. to dry
- Actaea racemosa root & rhizome (Black cohosh) 320mg
- Linum usitatissimum seed (dry) 2.5g
- Standardised to flax lignans calculated as secoisolariciresinol diglucosides 25mg
- Calcium (from Calcium hydrogen phosphate) 72mg
Dosage:
- Adults: Consume 1 tablet, twice daily (morning and evening), or as directed by your Healthcare Practitioner.
If symptoms persist consult your Healthcare Practitioner.
Do not use if seal/cap is broken.
Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure. If you are experiencing yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes, dark urine, nausea, vomiting, unusual tiredness, weakness, stomach or abdominal pain and/or loss of appetite you should stop using this product and see your doctor.
