Olbas Oil contains a unique blend of six pure plant oils combining the essential oils of peppermint, eucalyptus, cajuput, clove, juniper berry and wintergreen with menthol (natural extract from the peppermint plant). Each ingredient has value of its own, but the real secret which makes Olbas Oil special is the way the oils have been blended together.

How essential oils work?

The essential oils have a strong, pleasant odour. When exposed to the air, they give off a powerful vapour. Inhaling this vapour gives temporary relief from nasal congestion and sinus trouble. Essential oils applied to the skin produce a feeling of warmth and a local anesthetic action. They are effective in providing temporary relief from muscular discomfort and rheumatic pain.

What relief will I get for my congestion?

Olbas Oil will temporarily loosen the mucus, relieve congestion, making breathing easier and bring temporary relief of sinus pain.

How do I use the product?

To use the inhalant simply sprinkle a few drops on to a handkerchief of tissue and breathe in the vapours. Or put two to three drops on the palms of your hands, cup your hands and breathe deeply. At night, sprinkle a few drops on the sheet or pillow, or rub it into the upper chest. The penetrating vapours will provide temporary relief from congestion.

Can children use Olbas Oil?

Olbas Oil is really effective and can be used for children aged two and over. Just put a drop on the sheet or on a tissue fastened to the end of the bed. Or place a few drops in a jug of warm water at a safe distance away from the bed. Your children will breathe freely.
I've heard I can use Olbas Oil on muscular pain?
Olbas Oil is easily absorbed when applied to the skin. This produces a feeling of comfortable warmth. Olbas Oil should be gently and thoroughly massaged into the affected part.

Not recommended for children under 7 years old.
Olbas Pastilles are excellent remedy for sore throats. Olbas Pastilles contain the same natural ingredients. The pastilles release the powerful vapours to clear the head and temporarily relieve congestion. Pastilles are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
