Brownies

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Melrose OmegaCare
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Four Leaf 100% Wholewheat Flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa or carob powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 160°C. Grease lamington or square pan. In bowl, lightly whisk eggs, OmegaCare and vanilla. Sift together the dry ingredients, add the sugar and pecans and stir into the creamed mixture. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake 25-35 mins, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in tin for 5 mins. Turn out and cool on wire rack. Cut into squares.
