Glaze for Festive Fruit and Nut Cake

  • 1 Tbsp brandy, sherry or rum
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon agar
  • 1 Tbsp Melrose Organic Apple Juice Concentrate

Combine all ingredients, bring to boil and simmer for 2 mins. With a pastry brush spread the glaze evenly over the top of the cakes, muffins etc.
