How do I use the product?

At night, sprinkle a few drops on the sheet or pillow, or rub it into the upper chest. The penetrating vapours will provide temporary relief from congestion.
Can children use Olbas Oil?
Olbas Oil is really effective and can be used for children aged two and over. Just put a drop on the sheet or on a tissue fastened to the end of the bed. Or place a few drops in a jug of warm water at a safe distance away from the bed. Your children will breathe freely.

Inhale Olbas Oil to temporarily clear nasal congestion caused by colds, influenza, sinus, hay fever. Use externally for the temporary relief of pain in rheumatic conditions, lumbago, backache and fibrositis.
