Shipping and Returns

Only professional masseurs are able to purchase Melrose Massage oils by mail order. No other Melrose products are available by mail order.

Shipping Within Australia

Orders received by 2.00 pm, Monday to Friday will be dispatched the next day. Allow 3-10 working days for delivery of orders within Australia. Please email us on info@melrosehealth.com.au with any queries or telephone free call 1800 632 254.

Shipping Overseas

Melrose does not ship massage oils overseas but would welcome enquiries from distributors.

Returns & Refunds

We will happily accept returns if we have made an error with your order. Proof of purchase is required. Items will only be accepted if in original condition and within 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot accept returns if you simply change your mind.

Refunds can be credited to your credit card or posted as a cheque.

Claims will not be recognised unless notified within 48 hours of receipt of goods and must be agreed to by the Office Manager.

Back Orders

From time to time various items may be unavailable. Your order will be held and sent when available. We will phone if this occurs.
