    As the year comes to a close and the holiday calendar starts to fill up, it’s not uncommon to fall ill, even as we’re head into summer. Support your immune system with this refreshing iced tea, made with antioxidant rich green tea and boosted with our Essential C + Immune powder. High in vitamin C and deeply hydrating, it’s also a great way to keep your skin glowing throughout summer.

     

    • 2 – 3 Cold Brew Green Tea Bags (See note)
    • 2 small cucumbers, sliced
    • ½ bunch mint leaves
    • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
    • 2 cups of ice
    • 1 litre water
    • 2 teaspoons Melrose Essential+C Immune Powder
  • Method:

    Infuse cold brew green tea bags into 1 litre of water, stir and infuse for length of time according to packet instructions. Remove tea bags and stir through Melrose Essential_C Immune Powder. Pour tea into large jug filled with ice, slice cucumber, lemon and mint. Serve immediately.

  • Tips:

    A herbal infusion of green tea with mint or other flavours will work fine. A cold brew tea bag can be found at the supermarket in tea section.
