    What better way to get kids to eat their greens than with some delicious gummies! The addition of our Essential Greens powder is completely undetectable in these little goodies for the perfect secretly healthy treat.

     

    • 3 kiwi fruit, peeled & diced
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • 4 tablespoons rice malt syrup
    • 1 cup spinach
    • 1 cup water
    • 2 teaspoons Melrose Health Essential Greens Powder
    • 4 tablespoons grass fed gelatin
  • Method:

    In a small pan over low-medium heat add kiwi, lime and rice malt syrup. Let simmer for 5 minutes or until kiwi begins to soften.

    In a food processor blend spinach and water to create a juice and add to the kiwi mixture. Stir to combine and mash kiwi if it hasn’t broken down.

    Remove from heat, stir through greens powder and gelatin until dissolved and pour into your molds or a lined tray.

    Place in the fridge for at least an hour to set. Slice into squares and enjoy.

    These can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
