Winter Green Smoothie

  • Ingredients:
    • 2 cups frozen banana, chopped
    • 1 fresh ripe pear, core removed, chopped
    • 1  fresh ruby red pink grapefruit, skin removed and peeled
    • 1 fresh lemon, skin removed
    • 1 handful baby spinach leaves
    • 2 teaspoons Melrose Essential Greens Powder
    • 2 tablespoons Melrose Macadamia and Cashew Nut Butter
    • 2 Medjool dates, pips removed
    • 2 cups coconut water
    • 1 cup ice (option)
  • Method:

    Place banana, pear, grapefruit, lemon, spinach, Melrose Essential Greens Powder, Melrose Macadamia and Cashew Nut Butter, Medjool dates, coconut water and ice (if using) into a blender and blend on high speed until a smooth drinkable consistency has formed. Serve immediately.
