    Feed your skin with our delicious Blueberry and Cacao Bliss Balls, perfectly paired to a cup of T2 Glowgetter Tea! Developed by our resident nutritionist, Steph Lowe, these bliss balls are boosted with antioxidant powerhouses such as blueberries and Melrose Essential Reds to fight oxidative stress which can cause skin aging, plus walnuts high in healthy fats to promote supple skin. Glow from the inside out. 


    Ingredients (Serves 10-12)

    ½ cup almond meal

    ¼ cup walnuts

    ½ cup blueberries fresh or frozen

    ½ cup of desiccated coconut, unsweetened (plus more for rolling)

    2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

    1 tablespoon Melrose Essential Reds

    3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

    2 tablespoons rice malt syrup

    1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract

  • Method:

    Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a dough begins to form.

    Use an ice cream scoop or spoon and form balls that sit nicely in the palm of your hand. Roll in desiccated coconut for texture if desired.

    Chill in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving.
