Gut not feeling the love? Feed your good bacteria with ingredients known to support your gut such as Banana, green kiwi and our Organic Essential Greens.

Ingredients:

  • 1 – 2 tsp Melrose Organic Essential Greens
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup Frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 2 tbsp probiotic yoghurt*
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • Ice

Method:

Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.

Tips:

If you prefer dairy free, look for a probiotic rich coconut yoghurt
