Feeling under the weather? This smoothie is chock full of immune supporting ingredients like our Essential C+ Immune powder, ginger, probiotic coconut yoghurt and lemon.

Servings:

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Melrose Essential C+ Immune*
  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • 1 orange, whole, skin peeled
  • ½ lemon, whole, skin peeled
  • 2 whole kiwi fruit
  • ¼ cup probiotic coconut yoghurt
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 10g ginger, grated
  • Ice

Method:

Add all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
