SHIPPING

All shipped goods, will be delivered using Australia Post, there will be an eParcel tracking number applied to each order. This will be provided by email or call our customer service team.

Note: We deliver to Australia and the United States of America.

rETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case by case basis. If you have problems with your order or product received, we request that you contact us through our "contact us" page.

US SHIPPING RATES

Important Shipping Update – United States

Our current shipping carriers have made the decision to temporarily suspend all shipping to the US.

This follows recent changes to United States import rules, which now require additional customs data and the collection of duties and taxes before parcels can enter the country. Until carriers finalise a compliant solution, we are unfortunately unable to send orders to the US.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and want to assure you we are working closely with our carriers to restore service as soon as possible.
