Shipping and Returns Policy

Important Information: Due to volumes and unexpected delays, your order will be dispatch within 1 - 2 working days. We ship orders from our warehouse between Monday - Thursday. Due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes, customers may experience delivery delays. Our delivery partner Australia Post is working hard to ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible.

Heavy Orders

Interstate – weight 5.1 – 10kg - $15.40

Interstate – weight 10.1 – 15kg  - $18.15

Interstate – weight 15.1 – 20kg - $23.65

Interstate – weight 20.1 – 25kg - $33.55

Interstate – weight 25.1kg – 30kg - $41.25


Over 30 KG your order will not process online, and direct you to contact our customer service team, we will then obtain a freight specific to the weight & location from the warehouse.



All shipped goods, will be delivered using Australia Post, there will be an eParcel tracking number applied to each order. This will be provided by email or call our customer service team. 



We will not cancel or refund an order based on “change of mind”. In accordance with any statutory rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), which cannot be excluded, we will replace or reimburse you for any product which has been delivered to you and is faulty or damaged. Due to the nature of our product, returns and refunds of product(s) are processed on a case by case basis. If you have problems with your order or product received, we request that you contact us through our "contact us" page.
